colostrum powder
At a glance: Bovine colostrum powder · 30 servings · 69 g (2.43 oz). Made from milk.
The first milk, and the best studied source of exosomes on this shelf.
Colostrum is the very first milk a mother makes. It's dense with IgG antibodies and growth factors, and most of the research on it is about the gut lining.* Stir it into iced coffee, a smoothie or cold water. It tastes like almost nothing, which is exactly the point.
I pulled vesicles like these out of milk during my PhD. How many survive drying into a powder hasn't been measured yet, and I'd rather tell you that than guess.
