Shade-grown green tea from Kyoto, Japan, stone-ground into a fine, bright powder with a naturally sweet, umami taste. Whisk it with warm water the traditional way, or pour it over milk and ice for a latte. For a colostrum latte, stir a scoop of our colostrum powder into the cold milk first, then pour the matcha over it. The only ingredient is the tea.

Suggested use: Sift 1 scoop (1 tsp) into a bowl. Add 2 to 3 oz of water at 160 to 175°F and whisk in a zigzag until frothy. For a latte, pour it over your favorite milk.
